Privacy
Privacy notice
No cookies, no tracking. This is how we handle the data you send us.
Who we are
The data controller is Veraison Technologies S.r.l., registered office at Via della Stazione 54, 33048 San Giovanni al Natisone (UD), VAT and tax code 02989280306, which operates under the brand Local Intuition. For any privacy request write to contact@localintuition.com.
What data we process
Data you send us through the contact form: first name, last name, email, and optionally phone, role, company, and the text of your message. Please do not include sensitive data (for example health data) or unnecessary data about other people.
Technical browsing data: IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type, recorded by the hosting service to run and protect the site. We do not use them to profile you.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and, if you wish, to discuss a collaboration: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To keep the site running and secure: our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
- To meet legal obligations, where applicable (art. 6.1.c).
Providing the data in the form is optional, but without name, email and message we cannot reply. We take no automated decisions and do not profile you.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies or other tracking or profiling tools, and it uses no analytics. For this reason it shows no cookie banner. The site loads no fonts, scripts or images from other domains.
Our blog is hosted on Substack, a third-party service: if you click the link you leave this site and Substack’s own rules apply.
Who receives the data
Some providers process data on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (hosting and DNS of the site), Web3Forms (delivery of the contact form) and Google Workspace (our email inbox). We do not sell or give your data to anyone else.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards set by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for the time needed to reply and, if no collaboration follows, for at most 12 months, then deleted. Technical logs are kept only for the time strictly necessary for security and operation.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and object to their processing (GDPR arts. 15-22). Write to contact@localintuition.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
